About Sutherlin Lawn and Landscape
Outdoor Spaces, Designed and Built as One
Residential and commercial landscaping for Northeast Florida, from custom design and paver patios to turf, lighting, irrigation, and drainage.
Who We Are
Landscape Design and Installation for Northeast Florida
Sutherlin Lawn and Landscape designs and builds outdoor spaces for homeowners and businesses throughout Northeast Florida. Based in Atlantic Beach, we handle projects ranging from front-yard refreshes to complete backyard transformations and full landscapes for new homes and pools.
What sets our work apart is how we approach it. We don’t treat a patio, a planting bed, a lighting system, and an irrigation zone as separate jobs. We look at the entire property, design everything to work together, and then install it with the same team that planned it.
Why Sutherlin
What You Can Expect Working With Us
Design First
Every project begins with a plan. We think through layout, materials, plantings, water, and lighting before anything is installed.
See It Before It's Built
When appropriate, we provide 3D renderings so you can visualize your finished space and make decisions with confidence.
One Coordinated Team
Landscape, hardscape, lighting, irrigation, and drainage are planned and installed together, so nothing is an afterthought.
Built for Florida
We plan for Northeast Florida’s heat, sandy soils, and heavy rains, from plant selection to drainage and irrigation.
Residential & Commercial
We design and install landscapes for homes, new construction, pools, and commercial properties.
Fully Bonded
We’re a fully bonded company, and we treat every property with the care we’d want for our own.
From Design to Installation
Designed First. Built to Work Together.
Successful landscape is more than a collection of individual features. We approach your property as one complete environment, coordinating the landscape, hardscape, lighting, irrigation, drainage, and other elements so everything works together.

We develop a custom landscape plan and, when appropriate, 3D renderings that help you visualize the space before installation begins.
03
